The ESSCHSA was formed in 1980 as a small, local, non-rated horse show association
on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. Shows are open to all breeds of horses and ponies and to all riders.
This all-volunteer, not-for-profit organization holds horse shows generally
from April through October on Virginia's Eastern Shore.
